There’s something so comforting about meals that don’t just taste good but also feel good to make. This recipe came together on one of those days when I wanted something flavorful, wholesome, and easy without a sink full of dishes waiting for me afterward.
I started with chicken wings always a crowd favorite and gave them a quick bath in lime and salt before marinating with Orgagoods Epis and lemon garlic seasoning. The epis brings that rich, herby, garlicky base that feels like home, while the lemon garlic seasoning adds just the right punch of brightness.
To make it a full meal, I tossed in sweet potatoes and green beans. The sweet potatoes caramelize beautifully in the air fryer, soaking up some of the chicken’s juices, while the green beans stay crisp with just a touch of coconut aminos for that savory balance. Everything comes together in one aluminum tray simple, hearty, and full of layered flavors.
This is the kind of dish you can throw together on a busy weeknight or make when you want to impress with something that looks and tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen (spoiler: you didn’t).
