
These crispy smashed potatoes are everything—golden and crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce with a Caribbean twist using Orgagoods Dry Epis Seasoning.

Instructions
1. Boil the Potatoes
Add potatoes to a pot of water (salt optional).
Boil until fork-tender—your fork should slide right through.
2. Smash Them
Place the potatoes on a flat surface and gently press them down to your desired thickness.
3. Air Fry to Crispy Perfection
Drizzle with olive oil and air fry at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Make the Garlic Butter Epis Sauce
- Melt butter on low heat
- Add garlic (don’t let it burn!)
- Toss in a little red bell pepper and cook for about 1 minute
- Add crushed red pepper and fresh parsley
- Sprinkle in Orgagoods Dry Epis seasoning
- Stir for another minute, then turn off heat

Bring It All Together
Pour that hot garlic butter sauce all over your crispy potatoes and mix well so every piece is coated.
Finish with fresh grated Parmesan cheese on top.
